Sussidi una tantum di natura straordinaria

E’ stato pubblicato l’Avviso “Sussidi una tantum ” rivolto ai lavoratori, appartenenti al settore edile ed a settori generici, che hanno perso il lavoro e che, per il tipo di contratto che avevano in essere, non possono beneficiare di AA.SS. o che, comunque, ne siano privi da almeno 24 mesi. Il sussidio di 700 Euro mensili sarà concesso per la durata massima di sei mesi.

Ai sensi dell’art. 5 (Beneficiari settore “edile”) e dell’art. 6 (Beneficiari settore “generico”) dell’Avviso potranno presentare domanda i Cittadini residenti e domiciliati in Sardegna con età compresa tra i 18 anni compiuti e i 65 anni non compiuti, in particolare:

disoccupati che non hanno i requisiti per l’accesso ai trattamenti previsti dall’attuale sistema di ammortizzatori sociali ordinari e in deroga (compresa l’ASpI e la mini ASpI). Gli interessati devono aver prestato attività lavorativa in Sardegna per almeno tre mesi, anche non continuativi, a decorrere dal 14.05.2009 (artt. 5,6 punto 1);
beneficiari di cassa integrazione ai quali è stata sospesa, da almeno tre mesi per cause non imputabili alla loro volontà, l’erogazione dell’ammortizzatore. Gli interessati devono avere formalmente sollecitato, anche tramite un’Organizzazione Sindacale, l’erogazione degli ammortizzatori sociali spettanti (art. 5,6 punto 2);
titolari di un contratto di lavoro che non percepiscono il relativo trattamento economico da almeno tre mesi e l’azienda risulta in conclamata crisi. Gli interessati devono essere dipendenti di azienda verso cui è in corso una vertenza sindacale relativa al pagamento delle retribuzioni (art. 5,6 punto 3).

I beneficiari di cui all’art. 5, punto 1, e all’art. 6, punto 1 dell’Avviso, dovranno svolgere un periodo di attività di rilevanza sociale presso il Comune di domicilio, di durata pari al numero di mensilità concesse, cioè sei mesi.

Ai sensi dell’art. 10 dell’Avviso la domanda  deve  essere  inviata  esclusivamente  per  via  telematica  direttamente  dall’interessato,  o attraverso le Organizzazioni Sindacali, tramite i servizi on line del SIL Sardegna all’indirizzo www.sardegnalavoro.it.

Predisposizione della domanda

La domanda di sussidio on line potrà essere predisposta a partire dalle ore 10:00 di Venerdì 6 dicembre 2013.

Invio della domanda

Ogni cittadino potrà inviare una sola domanda di sussidio nel rispetto dei seguenti termini:

i cittadini di cui all’art. 5 dell’Avviso (settore “Edile”) da Giovedì 12 Dicembre 2013 alle ore 10.00 ed entro Martedì 11 Marzo 2014 alle ore 18.00.
i cittadini di cui all’art. 6 dell’Avviso (settore “Generico”) da Martedì 17 Dicembre 2013 alle ore 10.00 ed entro Lunedì 17 Marzo 2014 alle ore 18.00.

It ‘ was published notice ” one-off subsidies ” aimed at workers belonging to the construction industry and general areas that have lost their jobs and that, for the type of contract they had in place , can not benefit from AA.SS . or which, however , they are free from at least 24 months . The subsidy of 700 euros per month will be granted for a maximum period of six months.

Pursuant to art. 5 ( Beneficiaries sector , ” building ” ) and art. 6 ( Beneficiaries sector “generic” ) of the Notice will apply Citizens resident and domiciled in Sardinia between the ages of 18 years and 65 years of age , in particular:

unemployed people who do not qualify for access to the treatments provided by the current system of social safety nets ordinary and notwithstanding (including ASPI ASPI and the mini ) . Interested parties must have provided service in Sardinia for three months , although not continuous , with effect from 14.05.2009 (Article 5.6 paragraph 1 ) ;
recipients of unemployment benefits to which has been suspended , at least three months for reasons not attributable to their will , the delivery of the shock. They shall be formally requested , including through an organization Auditors, the provision of social safety nets due (Article 5.6 paragraph 2) ;
holders of a contract of employment that do not perceive its economic treatment for at least three months and the company is in full-blown crisis. Those interested must be employees of the company to which there is an ongoing labor dispute concerning the payment of remuneration (Article 5.6 point 3).

The beneficiaries of art. 5 , paragraph 1 , and article . 6 , paragraph 1 of the Notice , will have a period of socially relevant activities at the commune of residence , duration of granted equal to the number of months , six months .

Pursuant to art. 10 of the Notice , the application shall be submitted exclusively via computer directly by , or through the trade unions , through the online services of the SIL Sardinia at www.sardegnalavoro.it .

Setting up the application

The online grant application will be provided starting at 10:00 am Friday, December 6, 2013 .

Sending the request

Any citizen may submit only one grant application in accordance with the following terms :

Citizens of art. 5 of the Notice ( the field ” Building ” ) by Thursday, December 12th, 2013 at 10:00 am and no later than Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 18:00 .
Citizens of art. 6 of the Notice ( the field ” Generic ” ) by Tuesday, December 17th, 2013 at 10:00 am and no later than Monday, March 17, 2014 at 18:00
