DOMENICA 24/02/2013: ESCURSIONE SUI SETTE FRATELLI
Torniamo nella amata foresta dei Sette Fratelli, con un itinerario che si addentra in sentieri diversi da quelli consueti per condurci attraverso le formazioni rocciose fino alle cime più alte.

Le piogge, seppure limitate, hanno dato un pò di respiro al bosco che appare piacevolmente rianimato.

Dislivello in salita: circa 550 m

Durata: circa 5 ore e mezzo

Appuntamento ore 08:30 a Quartu S. Elena, parcheggio Supermercato Leclerc. . Auto propria.

Occorre attrezzarsi con scarponi da trekking, pranzo al sacco e acqua da bere.

Costo: € 15 a persona.

Sunday, 24/02/2013: TRAVEL ON SEVEN BROTHERS
Back in the forest loved the Seven Brothers, with a route that enters different from the usual paths to lead us through the rock formations up to the highest peaks.

The rains, though limited, have given a bit of breathing space to the forest that appears pleasantly revived.

Length: about 12 km

Difference in altitude: 550 m

Duration: about 5 hours and a half

Difficulty:

Meeting at 08:30 in Quartu S. Elena, Leclerc Supermarket parking. . Own car.

It should equip themselves with hiking boots, lunch and water to drink.

Cost: € 15 per person.
