1° day AGLIENTU SUMMER FESTIVAL 2012: ERIC DAVIS GUITAR & LUCA GIORDANO BAND: Eric Davis was born in Chicago in the seventies by Dorothy Walker and dall’affermato drummer Bobby Davis, remembered for having supported numerous artists such as Otis Rush, Eddie Boyd and Matt Guitar Murhpy besides ‘appearance in the film Blues Brothers with Ray Charles. Eric follows from an early age his father’s footsteps, which puts it in the circuit of the Chicago blues era. At the age of only ten years, Eric Davis has been working regularly as a drummer for Junior Wells, Lefty Dizz, Buddy Guy, BB King and many others, until one day, after a discussion with Buddy Guy, who encourages him to approach the guitar, decides he wants to become a blues guitarist. After about 30 years since that day,
