Saturday, November 17th is also this year the appointment with the Ancient Flavours of Riola Sardo, a series of culinary dishes of the tradition riolese.

The event will take place at several doors in the streets of the historic center.

Among the various dishes served are provided faglioli, suppasa, panadine, gabadinasa, patch imbinada, ghisau, cakes, liqueurs and wine.
