20.30 benvenuto ed inizio meditazione
21.40 c.a. conclusione e distribuzione dei fiori e dell’acqua energizzata durante la meditazione

un fiore da scambiare con gli altri partecipanti
un cuscino o tappetino per sedersi
indossare abiti bianchi (anche uno scialle bianco per coprirsi va bene se non avete abiti bianchi)
(facoltativa una bottiglia vuota per l’acqua energizzata che sarà distribuita a fine serata)
INGRESSO AD OFFERTA LIBERA
per sostenere le spese organizzative

Non é necessaria la prenotazione
(ci si sederà sul pavimento della palestra formando cerchi concentrici – per chi ha delle difficoltà a sedersi a terra sarà possibile comunque partecipare sedendosi sulla gradinate laterali della palestra)

19:30 preparation with hymns, prayers and mantras from different traditions
20:30 Welcome and start meditation
21:40 the AC conclusion and distribution of flowers and energized water during meditation
WHAT TO BRING >>>
a flower to be exchanged with other participants
a cushion or mat to sit
wear white clothes (even a white shawl to cover yourself is fine if you do not have white clothes)
(Optional an empty bottle to the energized water that will be distributed at the end of the evening)

to support organizational costs

It is not necessary to book
(We will sit on the floor of the gym forming concentric circles – for those who have difficulty sitting down to earth you can still participate by sitting on the side of the gym bleachers)
