A Cagliari all’ora del tè, Hana Richterova presenta la sua personale selezione:

Tè nero -Celyon Lever’s Leap
Tè nero prodotto esclusivamente con le migliori foglie di tè raccolte nelle piantagioni di Dimbula, la regione centrale dello Sri Lanka. Colore ramato intenso, gusto rotondo e ben equilibrato. Sapore morbido e raffinato. Tè nero da servire caldo, anche accompagnati da una nuvola di latte. Ideale in qualunque momento della giornta.

Tè verde- China gunpowder
Il tè verde più bevuto del mondo, dalle piccole foglie arrotolate. Ha un sapore fresco e pungente. Usato anche nelle diete. Il Gunpowder non è un tè facile da preparare. Il rischio maggiore è che venga troppo forte, cioè amaro.

Tè bianco- Shou Mei
Questo tè bianco è molto raro e ricercato. La produzione è ridotta perchè è effettuata nel periodo primaverile. Conserva totalmente aroma e sostanze attive naturalmente presenti. Contiene tantissime vitamine, uno dei tè più salutari. In tazza presenta un’infusione molto chiara con gusto delicato.

Roobois
Il consorzio di ricercatori ha dimostrato come il Rooibos protegga il fegato dall’accumulo di grassi e aiuti a prevenire i disturbi metabolici grazie ai 25 polifenoli(antiossidanti vegetali) contenuti al suo interno. Un consumo costante di Roobois aiuta a ridurre in maniera significativa il colesterolo, i trigliceridi e gli acidi grassi liberi, aiutando l’organismo a riacquistare equilibrio e benessere psicofisico. Black Tea – Celyon Lever ‘s Leap
Black tea is produced exclusively with the best tea leaves harvested in plantations Dimbula , the central region of Sri Lanka. Intense coppery color , taste, round and well balanced. The flavor is soft and refined. Black tea to be served hot, even accompanied by a cloud of milk. Ideal at any time of the day off .

China gunpowder green tea -
The more green tea drunk in the world , from small rolled leaves . It tastes fresh and pungent. Also used in diets. Gunpowder is not easy to prepare a tea . The greatest risk is that it is too strong , that is bitter.

White tea Shou – Mei
