Poetry in the form of notes with the first national Veil’d Melancholy op. 58, pianist and composer Lucio Garau Saturday, July 28, 2012 at 21, in the fascinating setting of the Church of Santa Chiara in Cagliari, including a sonata (for two violins and basso continuo) by Arcangelo Corelli and Here the Deities for voice and string quartet Henry Purcell for the Festival of Ancient Music.
Sounds of the Third Millennium and baroque inventions are interwoven into the intriguing poster of the event – set in the 2012 Concert Season of the Friends of Music with the event – focused on the score in five movements, including Infinity, Intermediate I, Leda, Intermediate II and Recuillement , written in 2010 for the Katrina Festival – which will feature Mikko Perkola (viola da gamba and voice) and MiniM Ensemble, turn to pages Baroque Age.
In the spotlight along with the solo Nordic Mikko Perkola (viola and vocals) version of the MiniM Ensemble String Quartet – Corrado Lepore (violin), Simon Soro (violin), Mary Clare Moccia (purple), Luke Pischedda (cello) – with Manfred Clement for sound processing in real time.
