THE DAY OF ORANGE FLAGS – SUNDAY OCTOBER 14: GAVOI, LACONI, SARDARA

On October 14, 2012 in the municipalities of Aggius, Galtellì, Gavoi, Oliena, Laconi and Sardara ORANGE FLAG DAY will take place.

The orange flag is the mark of quality tourism environment issued by the Italian Touring Club aimed at small inland villages which are distinguished by an excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Each municipality, as part of this event, is preparing tours and engaging activities, free and open to all. Visitors will discover the beauty of these wonderful countries and to explore welcoming places where you can rediscover the ancient traditions and taste the typical products.

Participants will also be offered a “bag of quality” with information and promotional material on the ground and / or a typical product.

THE PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF LACONI

Visit the Museum of Prehistoric Statuary in Sardinia and Aymerich Palace, Old Town, the birthplace of St. Ignatius, Park Aymerich. Opening hours: 10.30 and 15.30.

THE PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF GAVOI
