Urbana Gallery porta a Cagliari i supereroi. Martedì al via la mostra “Superheroes”, opere in vendita per sostenere il progetto Amici dei bambini. Â
Senza utilizzare super poteri o armature ipertecnologiche hanno vinto una battaglia culturale, lasciando le pagine di fumetti americani per diventare vere e proprie icone non solo dei bambini ma anche degli adulti, abbandonando le vignette dei comics book per mostrarsi sulle pareti di strade e metropolitane, diventando i protagonisti di vere e proprie opere d’arte, di capolavori dell’illustrazione e della street art. Si chiama “Superheroes” e avrà come protagonisti proprio i supereroi americani la nuova mostra organizzata a Cagliari da Urbana Gallery da martedì 14 all’Associazione culturale ITZOKOR in via Lamarmora 123. Saranno esposte opere, disegni originali, poster e stampe a tiratura limitata e firmata di artisti e illustratori di varie correnti d’arte che con stili diversi hanno interpretato i supereroi come punto di incontro tra immaginazione e realtà .
C’è un percorso stilistico dietro la scelta delle opere, un viaggio nell’arte contemporanea dal fumetto all’illustrazione e alla street art. Saranno infatti esposte opere di autori importanti come il fumettista britannico Simon Bisley, conosciuto anche per aver disegnato personaggi della Dc Comics come Batman, ma anche come la street artist Lora Zombie, che ha riletto in chiave ironica icone come L’Uomo Ragno e Wonder Woman, o come l’illustratore Sam Spratt che ha catturato con la sua arte gli elementi identificativi dei supereroi, trascinandoli al confine tra arte e realtà . L’obiettivo della mostra, oltre a quello di far conoscere il supereroe sotto diverse vesti artistiche, è quello di promuovere il progetto AiBi. Amici dei Bambini ha lo scopo di dare ad ogni bambino abbandonato una famiglia e mira a sostenere i minori accolti fornendo sostegno alimentare, cure mediche, appoggio scolastico e psicologico, avviando anche specifiche inchieste sociali per rintracciare la famiglia d’origine del bambino. Le opere, i poster, le stampe a tiratura limitata e firmate dagli autori saranno in vendita; Urbana Gallery devolverà parte del ricavato al progetto Ai.Bi. La mostra sarà inaugurata martedì 14 ottobre alle 18 e rimarrà aperta fino a domenica 26.

Urban Gallery leads to Cagliari superheroes. Tuesday at the way the exhibition “Superheroes”, works for sale to support the project Friends of the Children.
Without using super powers or armor hyper won a cultural battle, leaving the pages of American comic books to become true icons of not only children but also adults, abandoning the cartoons comics book to appear on the walls of the streets and subways, becoming the protagonists of real works of art, masterpieces of illustration and street art. It’s called “Superheroes” and will feature its new American superheroes exhibition organized in Cagliari from Urban Gallery from Tuesday 14 ITZOKOR Cultural Association Via La Marmora will be exhibited 123 works, original drawings, posters and limited edition prints and signed artists and illustrators of the various currents with different styles of art that have played superheroes as a meeting point between imagination and reality.
There is a stylistic path behind the choice of works, a journey in contemporary art from the comic illustration and street art. They will in fact works by authors such as the British cartoonist Simon Bisley, also known for having designed the DC Comics characters such as Batman, but also as a street artist Lora Zombie, who has reinterpreted in an ironic icons such as Spider-Man and Wonder Woman , or as the illustrator Sam Spratt who got caught with his art the identifying elements of superheroes, dragging the border between art and reality. The aim of the exhibition, as well as to raise awareness of the superhero in different artistic garments, is to promote the project AiBi. Friends of Children aims to give every child a family and abandoned aims to support children living providing food support, medical care, psychological support and education, starting even specific social inquiries to trace the family of origin of the child. The works, posters, limited edition prints and signed by the authors will be for sale; Urban Gallery will donate part of the proceeds to the project Ai.Bi. The exhibition will be inaugurated on Tuesday, October 14 to 18 and will remain open until Sunday, 26.
