Who is Tommy Vee??
For those who do not know it is Italian DJ and producer Tommy Vee is professionally in the house music scene since 1995. Always been involved in music, in 1991 he began playing as a DJ in some party in Venice, his hometown. Influenced by American artists such as Tony Humphries, Eric Morillo, Blaze, and with a preference for house music and soulful, he soon developed his own style that allows him to become one of the most interesting producers. Taking inspiration from the first hip-hop artists like Run DMC, Public Enemy and De La Soul, within a few years, his passion for house music grows until it is to perform in the best Italian and foreign. Creative and innovative remixes some of the most well-known international artists. These include: Moby, David Morales, Peter Gabriel, Green Velvet, Gareth Gates, Matt Bianco, Laura Pausini, Jovanotti and Dj Ax. It also produces such hits as Laguna, Anthouse, Serenade, Stay, Over and Over, Old Skool Generation, as well as the successful compilation Tommy Vee Selection 1-2-3-4, Houseterity, Gorgeus, Musika, X-Anniversary. Today Tommy Vee continues to play in the best clubs and working as a producer. For years now a part of the team from Radio DeeJay and after participating in a series of radio programs and conducting a reality show for Sky 1, and a program of Italy, currently, every Friday at midnight, leading to the “HouseNation”, a selection of house music selected and mixed by Tommy Vee directly.
