Primo appuntamento del 2013 da Linea Notturna con SEASIDEVIBE.
Seasidevibe è sin dall’inizio un’idea, ma anche un bisogno, quello di condividere conoscenze e passione per l’elettronica multiforme. Dalle performance live al dj-set, in grado di tracciare ogni volta un proprio percorso, fatto di ascolti e poi ancora ritmi, che trasformano il club in un luogo d’incontro tra differenti personalità e modi d’intendere la musica dance contemporanea.

E’ da questo susseguirsi di differenti momenti che prende vita la prima edizione annuale. Dall’Inghilterra arriva GAZELLE TWIN, con band al seguito, per un concerto dal tono misterioso, quasi mistico, dalla voce di una giovane donna definita dal The Guardian “la risposta a Fever Ray”. E poi i ritmi si alzano per arrivare a ANSWER CODE REQUEST in dj-set.

Il suono di Gazelle Twin racconta il futuro, il rapporto tra uomo e macchina, con atmosfere cinematiche e paesaggi sci-fi, musiche che non a caso sono state usate nell’ultimo film del regista Ridley Scott, Promethues, tratte dall’album ‘The Entire City’. Ma ciò che ci lega ancor più profondamente a questa artista, è la sua passione per la Sardegna, per quei costumi e quelle maschere della tradizione isolana, che ha saputo decontestualizzare inserendoli su video e immagini dal sapore futuristico e dall’animo profondamente storico.

A seguire Answer Code Request, ultima novità tra le fila del Berghain. Apparso nell’ultimo podcast di Resident Advisor, ha rilasciato su Marcel Dettmann Records i suoi ultimi EP, dopo essere apparso su Music Man e Skudge. E’ subito emerso per il suo stile techno multiforme, tra richiami all’old skool e ritmiche spezzate.

Un evento che ancora una volta segna una linea ma non un confine.

Insieme a loro, due performance sarde a rotazione: ArpXp, Claudio Prc e Acirne.

First meeting of 2013 from Line Nightlight SEASIDEVIBE.
Seasidevibe is an idea from the beginning, but also a need to share knowledge and passion for electronics multiforme. From the live performance at dj-set, able to track each time their own path, terms of listeners and then again rhythms that transform the club into a meeting place of different personalities and ways of understanding the contemporary dance music.

And ‘from this succession of different moments brought to life the first annual edition. From England comes GAZELLE TWIN, with band in tow, for a concert by the tone mysterious, almost mystical, by the voice of a young woman defined by The Guardian “the answer to Fever Ray.” And the rhythms they get up to get to ANSWER CODE REQUEST on dj-set.

The sound of Gazelle Twin tells the future, the relationship between man and machine, with cinematic atmospheres and landscapes sci-fi, music that is not by chance have been used in the last film directed by Ridley Scott, Promethues, taken from the album ‘The Entire City ‘. But what binds us even more deeply about this artist, is his passion for Sardinia, for those costumes and the masks of the traditions of the island, which has been able to de-contextualize putting them on video and images with a futuristic twist from the soul and deeply historical.

A follow Answer Code Request, a new member in the ranks of Berghain. Appeared in the last Resident Advisor podcast, released on Marcel Dettmann Records his latest EP, after appearing on Music Man and Skudge. And ‘soon came to his style techno multiforme, including references to Old skool and broken rhythms.

An event that once again marks a line but not a border.

Together with them, two performances sardines rotation: ArpXp, Claudio PRC and Acirne.
