In occasione della Turandot di Puccini lo Chef Roberto Petza riporta per una serata il ristorante S’apposentu nella splendida location del Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, per ricordare i vecchi tempi ma sopratutto per raccontare la nuova esperienza di Casa Puddu a Siddi.
Ad accompagnare le creazioni dello Chef Roberto Petza ci saranno i vini delle Cantine Su’entu di Sanluri.
