DOMENICA 11/05/2014  PRIMAVERA AL BORGO (SAN GREGORIO – SINNAI – CA)

Sarà una giornata di attività per adulti e bambini: laboratori, escursione naturalistica, passeggiata nel borgo, artigiani in piazza e nel pomeriggio musica! La giornata sarà inoltre animata da spettacoli di giocoleria e musica.

L’appuntamento per gli escursionisti è per le ore 09:00 davanti al cartello di ingresso al borgo di San Gregorio, lato sinistro per chi proviene da Cagliari.

Prima della partenza potrete fare una colazione con torta e tisana o succo d’arancia.

Dislivello circa 450 m

Durata circa 4 ore

Risaliremo un tratto del sentiero Italia alle spalle del borgo e, dopo esserci “affacciati” a vedere la costa e una porzione della foresta dei Sette Fratelli, con un percorso ad anello ritorneremo, entro le 13:30, nella piazza di San Gregorio, dove verrà servito in piazza il pranzo (€ 5 a persona).

Nel pomeriggio potremo ascoltare i musicisti che suoneranno per noi nella piazza del borgo.

Occorre indossare scarpe da trekking; è opportuno portare acqua da bere e uno snack.

It will be a day of activities for adults and children : workshops, nature hike , walk in the village , artisans in the square and in the afternoon music! The day will also be accompanied by performances of music and juggling .
The appointment is for hikers to 09:00 am in front of the entrance sign to the village of San Gregorio, left if coming from Cagliari.
Before departure, you can enjoy a breakfast with cake and tea or orange juice.

Duration: about 4 hours
We will climb a section of the trail behind the village and Italy , after being there ” facing ” to see the coast and a portion of the forest of the Seven Brothers , with a circular route back by 13:30, in Piazza di San Gregorio, where lunch will be served in the square ( € 5 per person ) .
In the afternoon we will listen to the musicians who will play for us in the village square .
It should wear hiking shoes ; should bring water to drink and a snack .
