NORDIC WALKING COURSE – CAGLIARI – SEPTEMBER 15 TO 16

We are pleased to announce that registrations are open at the next Nordic Walking course to be held in Cagliari. Please note that the course is a prerequisite to participate in our many excursions and events. (www.nordicwalkingsardegna.com)

Information pack on the course:
Nordic Walking is a physical activity safe, natural, dynamic, efficient and suitable for everyone who trains the whole body in a holistic way, symmetrical and balanced. The School Nordic Walking Sardinia is the first and only authorized dall’ANWI in Sardinia (Italy Nordic Walking Association) to teach the technique of Nordic Walking according to the official method recognized dall’INWA (International Nordic Walking Federation). The introductory course to the practice costs € 65.00 and consists of three classes (Basic, Technique 1 and Technique 2), after which you will be given a certificate of Nordic Walker dell’ANWI-INWA internationally recognized. It will also have complimentary excursion of your choice from our calendar of events of the weekend.
