All’Arena Sant’Elia sbarcherà il prossimo sabato 21 settembre 2013 Massimo Ranieri con il suo spettacolo musicale che porta in scena ormai dal febbraio 2007.

Lo spettacolo cult “Canto perché non so nuotare… da 500 repliche!”. In scena il viaggio di una vita in musica dello scugnizzo Giovanni Calone, diventato l’istrione Massimo Ranieri, che ripercorrere la sua carriera, una delle più straordinarie e camaleontiche del panorama artistico italiano, dando vita ad oltre due ore indimenticabili di spettacolo. Accompagnato da un’orchestra e un balletto di sole donne e da tre formidabili giovani voci femminili, Ranieri canta, balla e recita, interpretando i suoi successi più popolari, accanto a brani dei più grandi cantautori italiani: da “Rose rosse” a “Se bruciasse la città”, da “Luna rossa” a “Perdere l’amore”, “Io che amo solo te”, “Ti penso”, “Almeno tu nell’Universo”, senza dimenticare i classici del repertorio napoletano, tra cui “Ti voglio bene assai” e “Reginella”. Nel racconto delle tappe più emozionanti della sua vita, che costituisce il filo conduttore dello show, non mancano alcune spettacolari sorprese. Lo spettacolo, titolo record nella storia del teatro italiano, è stato ideato e scritto da Gualtiero Peirce e Massimo Ranieri; i costumi sono di Giovanni Ciacci. Le coreografie di Franco Miseria. Nello spettacolo scritto con Gualtiero Peirce, lo showman canta , balla e recita raccontando tappe emozionanti della sua vita. Suo compagno di viaggio è anche il piccolo Lele D’Angelo nei panni di un amico immaginario che sorprenderà gli spettatori con un numero degno di Broadway. “Ho cominciato a cantare a 8 anni, per un motivo soltanto: la paura… ma questa è la storia che vi racconterò… ”: inizia così il viaggio in musica di una delle carriere più straordinarie e camaleontiche del panorama artistico italiano, quella di Massimo Ranieri, che con la verve di un ragazzino e la maestria di un veterano del palcoscenico continua a macinare date con lo spettacolo cult “Canto perché non so nuotare… da 500 repliche!”. Dopo cinque stagioni, e più di due milioni di spettatori, lo show di Massimo Ranieri, nato in occasione dei 40 anni di attività, è andato ben oltre quella ricorrenza continuando il suo tour in tutta Italia.
