MADE IN SULCIS – SAN GIOVANNI SUERGIU – SUNDAY JUNE 24

 
In the splendid setting of the Feast of St. John the Baptist, will be staged on Sunday 24 giugo San Giovanni Suergiu “Made in Sulcis”, the food fair and craft products typical Sulcis.
Here’s the full schedule:
Sunday, June 24
9:00 am Inauguration and opening of the stands with ‘display of the best productions and artisanal food and wine of the south-west of Sardinia.

All day tours to the archaeological site at the request Is Loccis Santus and games for children in Family Pony’s in the playground of Via Roma;

Lunch at 13:00 at the refreshment stands with local specialties of the area;

At 18:00 Mass with a solemn procession with statue of the patron saint through the streets of the village, accompanied knows “Sa tracca with Bois is” and folk groups and riding S’Arcireddu, Sangiovannese Ass Horse, Riding the Sulcis ADS Equipassione. The solemn procession will be accompanied by a band E. St. John Porrino Suergiu and folk groups: Is Baddarinus of Tratalias, Sant’Agata Santadi, Cultural Association of Sant’Antioco On Strong, St. John of Domusnovas, Cultural Association of Saint John of Seruis, Santa Giuliana Serbariu, folk group Santa Maria di Flumentepido, Group Is Massaius Suerxinus, folk group Sant’Antioco Island, folk group Simone Serra San Govanni Suergiu.

22:00 pm An evening with the ethnic group Cordas et Cannas
