Il Gran Consiglio Libraio (il famoso G.C.L! ) sceglie le nostre due eroine, Ines Gonzales della Magna Suerte del Libro, una grintosa maestra spagnola, e Peppinedda Carta, coraggiosa studentessa sarda, per mettere su un esercito anti-V. I. L. I. Chi sono i V. I. L. I.? Come, non lo sapete?
Sono venditori ignoranti di letture inutili, e vogliono riempire il mondo di libri sciocchi e puzzolenti.
Ines & Peppy e il Gran Consiglio Libraio è uno spettacolo interattivo in cui si gioca, si rima e si ride.
