Al Palazzo di Città, dal 21 novembre al 7 dicembre 2013 in esposizione le opere di dieci artisti che riflettono sulle dinamiche di  trasformazione dello spazio urbano contemporaneo nella mostra In between, Urban interferences.

A cura di Emanuela Falqui e Marco Peri, la mostra si inserisce nel programma SIGNAL/ART del festival “Da dove sto chiamando” prodotto da Autunno Danza e SIGNAL in collaborazione con i Musei Civici di Cagliari.

Per mostrare i profondi processi di trasformazione dello spazio metropo­litano contemporaneo e per interrogarci sulla loro sostenibilità dobbiamo confrontarci con una molteplicità di sguardi, interpretazioni, rappresenta­zioni, cercando di ricomprendere nei frammenti e nelle differenze, la trac­cia di una realtà in divenire.
“In-between, Urban Interferences”, si inserisce nel dibattito contemporaneo
sulla ricerca progettuale in cui il tema dello “spazio” come entità comples­sa, ricca di proprietà solide e materiali, cui si affiancano componenti, quali la luce e il colore, le immagini e il suono, è diventato centrale. Alle tradizio­nali categorie spaziali se ne aggiungono di nuove: lo spazio viene definito “fluido”, “mediatico”, transitorio. E’ luogo di eventi statici e dinamici, spazio fenomenologico che si modella in funzione di numerosi parametri e mol­teplici temporalità.
Attraverso diversi campi di indagine gli artisti che presentiamo riflettono sulla trasformazione e sull’identità dello spazio urbano in cui il concetto in-between – architettura tra le cose – diventa la linea di congiunzione del rapporto complesso tra l’essere umano, la natura e l’architettura.

a seguire ingresso a pagamento per gli spettacoli.At the Town Hall, from 21 November to 7 December 2013 on display the works of ten artists who reflect on the dynamics of transformation of contemporary urban space in the exhibition In between , Urban interferences .

Edited by Emanuela Falqui and Marco Peri , the exhibition is part of the program SIGNAL / ART festival ” Where I’m Calling ” produced by Autumn Dance and SIGNAL in collaboration with the Civic Museums of Cagliari.

To show the profound processes of transformation of contemporary metropolitan space and question their sustainability we have to deal with a variety of looks, interpretations , representations , trying to encompass in the fragments and differences , the trace of a reality in the making.
” In -between , Urban Interferences ” , is part of the contemporary debate
research project in which the theme of “space ” as a complex entity , full of sound and material properties , which are flanked components , such as light and color , images and sound, has become central . The traditional categories of space if new ones are added : the space is called a ” fluid “, ” media ” , transitory. And ‘ place of static and dynamic events , phenomenological space that is modeled as a function of several parameters and multiple temporality.
Through various fields of inquiry artists that we present reflect on the transformation of urban space and identity in which the concept in-between – architecture between things – it becomes the line connecting the complex relationship between the human being , the nature and ‘ architecture .
