PROGRAMMA – MIETITURA 2014
riservato agli ospiti del B&B “I Limoni”
Venerdì 4 e 11 luglio
ore 17 circa: arrivo a Olzai, dove gli ospiti saranno accolti da Barbara;
registrazione e sistemazione nel B&B “I Limoni” o in altre strutture ricettive del paese;
ore 18,00: visita guidata nell’antico mulino idraulico nel rio Bisine e nella casa museo Carmelo Floris,
con Lidia e Michele della società Su ‘Antaru;
ore 19,30: aperitivo nella cantina di Vincenzo, nell’antico rione di sant’Anastasio;
ore 20,00: visita nel caseificio Erkìles; cena con la famiglia di Giovanni Agostino,
con degustazione dei prodotti caseari, carni, verdure e altre primizie dell’orto aziendale e frutta di stagione.
Sabato 5 e 12 luglio
ore 8,00: ritrovo nell’azienda Talla ‘e ore (a 5 minuti in auto dal B&B I Limoni),
incontro con Luciana e partecipazione al rito della mietitura del grano Cappelli;
ore 10: “Ajò, a irmurzare!”: pausa di lavoro con colazione del contadino a base di prodotti tipici locali
e dell’orto biologico dell’azienda Talla ‘e ore;
ore 13,30: località Durulea, pranzo conviviale con i mietitori olzaesi; nel pomeriggio, preparazione “S’arzola”. All’imbrunire, conclusione della festa della Mietitura 2014 e serata libera.
Pernottamenti in camere doppie o triple, con servizi igienici completi in camera,

Friday 4 and 11 July
about 17 hours: Arrival in Olzai, where guests will be greeted by Barbara;
Registration and accommodation in B & B “Lemons” or in other accommodation facilities in the country;
18.00: guided tour in the ancient water mill in Rio Bisine in the house and museum Carmelo Floris,
with Lydia and Michele On the company ‘Antaru;
19.30: aperitif in the wine cellar of Vincent, in the ancient district of St Athanasius;
20.00: Visit the dairy Erkìles; dinner with the family of John Augustine,
tasting of dairy products, meat, vegetables and other fruits and vegetables and seasonal fruits from the orchard.
Saturday 5 and 12 July
8.00: Talla find myself in company ‘and hours (5 minutes drive from the B & B Lemons)
meeting with Luciana and participation in the rite of the wheat harvest hats;
10 am: “Ajò, in irmurzare!” work break with a farmer’s breakfast made from local produce
and the organic company Talla ‘and hours;
13.30: Location Durulea, convivial lunch with the reapers olzaesi; in the afternoon, preparing “S’arzola.” At dusk, the end of the Feast of the Harvest 2014, and free evening.
Overnight stays in double or triple rooms, with en suite bathrooms in the room,
at a cost of € 25.00 per person, including breakfast.
