IL MERCATO DELLE BIRRE ARTIGIANALI

PROGRAMMA
Venerdì 13 e Sabato 14 dicembre, dalle ore 18, il Mercato Civico Storico di Sassari ospiterà la prima edizione del ”MERCATO DELLE BIRRE ARTIGIANALI”. Per due giorni l’ex mercato civico cittadino diventerà il più grande pub dell’Isola per la mescita di Birre Artigianali. La manifestazione è voluta e organizzata dalle Associazione Taribari e Fermento Sardo. L’evento si inserisce nel cartellone della settima edizione del Weekend dei Gusti, in programma a Sassari dal 13 al 15 dicembre.

Saranno presenti birrifici (sardi, nazionali ed un birrificio svizzero) con le loro fantastiche birre, punti ristoro con piatti caldi e gli immancabili panini Hot Dog con Wurstel e porchetta arrosto. Ad accompagnare le due serate sarà la musica del gruppo blues sassarese Double Talkers e le selezioni musicali del Dj Davide Merlini (venerdì sera) e i Dj set e le selezioni di Arrogalla (sabato sera).

Gli appassionati e i curiosi, allo stand dell’Associazione Fermento Sardo potranno avere consigli sull’arte del farsi la birra in casa (homebrewing) e troveranno un’esposizione di ingredienti e attrezzature per la produzione casalinga di Birra, un book-shop con testi su produzione e/o degustazione sia in italiano che in inglese, merchandising associativo e una dimostrazione di produzione della birra con il metodo All Grain.

PROGRAM
Friday the 13th and Saturday, December 14 , starting at 18 , the Municipal Market Town of Sassari host the first edition of ” THE MARKET OF CRAFT BEERS .” For two days the former market civic citizen will become the largest pub for serving the island of Craft Beers . The event is planned and organized by the Association , and Ferment Taribari Sardo. The event is part of the playbill for the seventh edition of the Weekend of Flavors , held in Sassari December 13 to 15 .

There will be Breweries ( Sardinian , Italian and a Swiss brewery ) with their fantastic beers, dining hot sandwiches and the usual hotdogs and sausages with roast pig . To accompany the two evenings will be the band’s music blues Sassari Double Talkers and musical selections of DJ David Merlini ( Friday night) and DJ sets and selections of Arrogalla ( Saturday night).

The fans and the curious , the stand of the Association Ferment Sardo may have tips on the art of make beer at home ( homebrewing ) and they will find an exhibition of ingredients and equipment for the production of homemade beer , a bookshop with texts production and / or tasting both in Italian and in English , merchandising association and a demonstration of the method of brewing All Grain .
