Cosa intendiamo oggi quando parliamo di teatro e di altre forme di spettacolo dal vivo? Quali sono i testi e i segni che lo compongono? Che ruolo hanno l’immagine, i media, la parola? Come questi elementi si sommano a creare nuovi scenari di socialità?
Renzo Francabandera, critico, artista ed esperto di cultura e spettacolo e Lorenzo Mori, regista e drammaturgo del riverrun performing arts, proveranno a scandagliare le possibili zone di intersezione tra le arti sceniche e gli altri campi di produzione di socialità, come il gioco, la scienza, la moda, lo sport, attraverso un confronto aperto con gli specialisti di questi ambiti.
Ad ogni incontro si proverà a tracciare una mappa d’orientamento, per restituire all’interlocutore uno scenario possibile di convergenze, sovrapposizioni e derive contemporanee.
…E che lo spettatore non stia tranquillo! Trasformarlo in “spett-attore” sarà uno dei possibili giochi di prestigio di questi incontri.

BETWEEN PERFORMING ARTS AND SOCIALITY ‘

What do we mean today when we talk about theater and other forms of live performance ? What are the lyrics and the signs that make it up ? What is the role of the image , the media , the word ? How these elements add up to create new scenarios of sociality ?
Renzo Francabandera , critic, artist and expert on culture and entertainment and Lorenzo Mori , director and playwright of riverrun performing arts , will try to fathom the possible areas of intersection between the arts and other fields of social production , like the play, science , fashion , sport, through an open discussion with specialists in these areas.
At each meeting we will try to draw a map for orientation, the other party to return a possible scenario of convergence , overlaps and contemporary tendencies .
And … that the viewer is not quiet! Turn it into ” spect- actor ” will be one of the possible tricks of these meetings.
