lokan_TArrivano a Cagliari dagli archivi Gaumont filmati rarissimi di Alice Guy. Preziosi spezzoni di film di alto valore storico e artistico firmati dalla grande regista e produttrice cinematografica francese, la prima donna al mondo ‘dietro la cinepresa’. Saranno proiettati il 31 ottobre alle 20 in occasione di ‘Lei fu la prima’, una serata dedicata ai suoi lavori realizzati tra il 1896 e il 1909 a Parigi da direttrice degli studi Gaumont e con la sua casa di produzione Solax film negli Usa.

E’ uno dei pezzi forti della rassegna ideata dalla ‘Circola Alice Guy’,che compie 18 anni di attività. Quasi due decenni di impegno sul fronte della valorizzazione dell’opera ed il lavoro delle donne nel cinema e nelle arti audiovisive e multimediali. Si chiama ‘Piccoli cantieri di visioni e incontri: dalle pioniere alle riottgirrrl’ la rassegna ideata dall’associazione del cinema Fiic. 4 appuntamenti dall’11 ottobre al 12 dicembre a Cagliari al Centro di Documentazione e Studi delle donne di via Eleonora d’Arborea 19A. Un itinerario tra proiezioni, incontri e dibattiti, che dai primordi della cinematografia giunge alla contemporaneità cibernetica e digitale.Tutto dedicato al cinema fatto dalle grandi registe.

“Una rassegna a soggettività femminista”, sottolinea Pia Brancadori, presidente di Alice Guy Cagliari – ad aprire la manifestazione sabato 11 ottobre sarà una vera
e propria festa per la ricorrenza dei quasi vent’anni di vita della Circola:Ladies’ Almanack: proiezioni, video musicali a cura di SisterSca e ospiti a sorpresa. Durante la serata sarà proposto un montaggio video d’antan che racconta la vitalità culturale del mondo femminile da Parigi al mondo dai primi decenni del secolo scorso”. A dicembre per l’ultimo appuntamento arriva a Cagliari Diana dell’Erba,giovanissima regista del docufilm ‘Registeì, interpretato da Maria de Medeiros nel ruolo di Elvira Notari, straordinaria pioniera del cinema napoletano e italiano. La pellicola offre anche un focus sulla storia della regia al femminile attraverso la testimonianza di alcune tra le più note registe italiane contemporanee.Piccoli Cantieri offre anche un singolare e utilissimo laboratorio per ridare vita a pc obsoleti altrimenti destinati al macero. Una due giorni, il 15 e 16 novembre, a cura delle artigiane digitali dell’ associazione Orlando – Server Donne di Bologna. La rassegna si avvale della collaborazione del Centro di Documentazione e Studi delle donne, di Centro, Cineteca Sarda, Ficc,Federazione Italiana Circoli del Cinema.
