Le arti hanno un comune denominatore: le emozioni. Lasciarle fluire liberamente e farsi guidare da loro, non sempre appare così semplice. Attraverso la professionalità pluriennale dell’actor coach Emiliana Gimelli, con l’integrazione del metodo Stanislavskij-Strasberg, della Bioenergetica di Lowen, della tecnica Alexander e Sandy Misner, l’artista imparerà a fidarsi delle proprie percezioni emotive, accese e vissute anche nei momenti quotidiani più semplici, per poi riviverle con straordinario impatto in scena. Il workshop intensivo strutturato in cinque incontri è aperto ad attori, cantanti, danzatori, musicisti professionisti e non, che vogliano approfondire un percorso individuale su se stessi di miglioramento tecnico, apertura percettiva e sensibilità emozionale, tutti elementi in realtà intrinsechi nella vera natura di un artista. Il lavoro sarà distributo in due sezioni, intervallate da un break con rinfresco. I partecipanti professionisti o con più esperienza hanno la possibilità di portare dei pezzi su cui sono interessati a lavorare, che hanno già sperimentato o che solo vogliono approfondire (testi teatrali, copioni, sceneggiature, coreografie o brani musicali), agli artisti emergenti che partono dalle basi verranno invece assegnati degli esercizi specifici. Sulla base del gruppo formatosi, e dei lavori prescelti si svilupperanno dei percorsi collettivi e individuali, nel quale il partecipante entrerà in contatto con le varie tecniche e metodi utilizzati, lavorando principalmente e attivamente sulle proprie emozioni, vere chiavi di volta per imparare a vivere la scena in maniera naturale, totalizzante e coinvolgente.

Biografia E. Gimelli:
Emiliana Gimelli, attrice, regista, cantante sarda, nasce a Nuoro, per poi trasferirsi a Cagliari dove inizia il suo percorso artistico e collabora con diverse compagnie e gruppi di lavoro nell’ambito del teatro della musica e della danza, tra cui il Teatro Stabile d’Arte Contemporanea Akroama, il Teatro Stabile della Sardegna, la Compagnia Caika di Francesco Origo e la Compagnia LucidoSottile. Inizia a studiare danza classica all’età di cinque anni, proseguendo poi con la danza moderna, la danza contemporanea, il contact. A San Francisco ha modo di confrontarsi nell’ambito musicale con artisti di livello internazionale e dopo un breve periodo sceglie di tornare in Italia stabilendosi a Roma. Qui entra a far parte del gruppo di lavoro di Francesca De Sapio al Duse International dove studia il metodo Stanislavskij- Strasberg e perfeziona il suo lavoro ormai da sette anni. Lavora in vari teatri della Capitale, partecipando per il terzo anno consecutivo alla prestigiosa rassegna dei Teatri della Filarmonica Romana con tre diverse produzioni teatrali come anche alla rassegna Il Garofano Verde al Teatro Belli. Attualmente è attrice, performer, coach director e vocal coach, nella compagnia JDPL del regista Juan Diego Puerta Lopez (“Occidente Solitario” con Claudio Santamaria e Filippo Nigro, “Over the Rainbow” con Monica Guerritore) che sta per debuttare con una nuova esilarante produzione. Ha lavorato in più di venti produzioni teatrali, ha all’attivo tre lungometraggi (tra cui Ballo a tre passi di Salvatore Mereu, David di Donatello nel 2013) diversi cortometraggi e spot pubblicitari. Attualmente il suo lavoro di coach director è sempre più richiesto nell’ ambito del cinema e del teatro.

”L’idea di questo workshop mi è nata in realtà da un sentimento personale che riguarda la mia terra, la Sardegna, un luogo magico dove si trova un senso di pienezza creativa difficilmente ricercabile altrove. E’ purtroppo verità che al contrario sono pochi gli spazi dedicati all’approfondimento artistico e alla ricerca, cosa che penalizza inevitabilmente l’artista sardo rispetto al contesto performativo internazionale….mi sono sentita fortemente spinta a mettere a servizio la mia esperienza e professionalità per chiunque voglia andare oltre” .

The arts have a common denominator: the emotions . Let them flow freely and be guided by them, is not always so simple. Biography E. Gimelli :
Emiliana Gimelli , actress , director, Sardinian singer , was born in Nuoro , then moved to Cagliari where he began his artistic career and worked with different companies and working groups within the theater of music and dance, including the Teatro Stabile Contemporary Art Akròama , the Teatro Stabile of Sardinia , the Company Caika Francesco Origo and the Company LucidoSottile . He began studying classical ballet at the age of five years, then continuing with modern dance , contemporary dance , the contact . In San Francisco has managed to face the music scene with artists of international level and after a short period chooses to return to Italy and settled in Rome.
