ESCURSIONE FRUGIVEGANA – PARCO SETTE FRATELLI – 12-13 LUGLIO 2014FRUGIVEGANA EXCURSION – SETTE FRATELLI PARK – JULY 12 and 13,2014

Escursione Frugivegana 12 e 13 di luglio.

Questo evento è ideato sulla convinzione che la frutta sia l’alimento più adatto a costituire la base dell’alimentazione dell’essere umano. Altamente digeribile, ricca di vitamine e d’acqua microbiologicamente pura nonché alimento fondamentale e predominante della dieta dei nostri più vicini parenti genetici: le scimmie.

L’ evento durerà 2 giorni e si svolgerà nel parco naturale dei 7 fratelli (CA).

Cosa fare per partecipare:

- Portare alimenti non provenienti dall’industria dell’allevamento di cui minimo 2 Kg di frutta al giorno per ogni partecipante
– Se ci si vuole accampare per la notte munirsi di attrezzatura adeguata (sacco a pelo o tenda all’occorrenza).

Durante l’escursione sarà assolutamente vietato consumare alcolici ed ogni tipo di sostanze psicoattive (incluse droghe leggere).
Chi ha l’abitudine di fumare può approfittare di un’ottima occasione per smettere.

La passeggiata avrà come meta una zona di foresta primaria a 4 km dalla statale 125. Invierò a tutti gli interessati una piccola mappa con descrizione sufficientemente dettagliata del sentiero ed il mio numero telefonico. Si partirà tutti insieme sabato mattina alle ore 11:00 dallo spiazzo di fronte alla caserma della forestale sita al km 30.900 della statale. Camminando senza fretta si arriverà più o meno alle ore 13:00. L’escursione terminerà la domenica alle ore 19:00. Chi volesse usufruire del servizio di trasporto pubblico potrà prendere la corriera per Tortolì con partenza alle ore 09:20 dalla stazione ARST di Cagliari. La fermata più vicina al punto d’incontro è “Burcei bivio”, dopo San Gregorio. Nel caso non ci siano posti auto a sufficienza per il ritorno, si adatterà l’orario di fine escursione a quello dell’ultima corriera. In ogni caso io mi tratterrò fino al lunedì mattina.
Chi non potesse essere presente il sabato potrà prendere parte all’escursione direttamente la domenica partenza alle 11:00 dalla casa cantoniera al km 31 della statale 125.
