Punta Magusu si trova nella valle del Rio Leni. Dalla vetta, nelle giornate molto limpide, il panorama è molto vasto: i monti del Linas a Nord, Arcosu e Lattias a Sud,

Marganai a Ovest e la piana del Campidano a Est.

Il fondo della valle è coperto da foresta, mentre sui fianchi del monte il bosco e la macchia formano un vivo contrasto con le pareti spoglie e le guglie di granito.

Sono necessari gli scarponi da trekking; in questa stagione è consigliabile portare un cambio completo da lasciare in auto.

Punta Magusu lies in the valley of the Rio Leni. From the top, in very clear days, the view is very broad: the mountains of North Linas, Arcosu Lattias and south,

Marganai to the west and to the east the plain of Campidano

The valley floor is covered by forest, while on the sides of the mountain forest and scrub form a striking contrast with the bare walls and spiers of granite.
