Has long been talked of Eleanor, the last giudicessa of Arborea, with the death of which was to drop the last independent native government of the Island: an example of modern woman, slender yet strong, impetuous and pragmatic, Eleanor Arborea in Sardinia defenses against attacks by foreign strength and vitality, without sparing himself. This dedication to their people and to sacrifice such a provision led this female soon to clothe an aura of myth and mystery, the heroic deeds performed by you are of sufficient magnitude to ensure that the narrative of his life would intrude into the legend: honor and pride of our people, Eleanor proved immediately becomes a woman destined to leave a groove in the island’s history. It is from here, by the woman as she was, as it is remembered, but also for how it is imagined that the story will start Gianluca Medas. The story of the courageous giudicessa will come to light emerging from the dark ages in which it took place, called polite invitation of the melody played for her by Crais medievaleggiante Trio: a unique blend of the Launeddas Andrea Pisu, the classical guitar and Andrea Congia Roberto Migoni the Percussion, instruments called a non-conventional use to create atmosphere that harks back to back centuries.
This journey through time will start from 1376. Cagliari in a siege, Mariano IV, father of Eleanor, is having to go through the soldiers: the climate is tense, the delicate situation, the future clinging to a slender hope.
Detailed descriptions, flashbacks, digressions and secrets will weave the threads of a narrative structure characterized by strong colors of myth and tradition, leading us in a story aimed at the rediscovery of our roots, questions that still await answers. This is the Eleanor to the greatness of which we will try to do justice.
