DORIAN GRAY LIVE – HANCOCK/INTERNO 24 – MAY 19

Commitment to Cagliari for Dorian Gray, expected on Saturday night (May 19 at 22.45) all’Hancock / Inside 24. The group founded (in the late eighties) and led by singer David Catinari back to perform in his hometown after five months of training but with a brand new way: alongside the core usually busy on stage – that Jacopo Vannini on keyboards, and Samuel Dessì Meloni Nico on guitar, Andrea Viti on bass (former founder, in 1994, and in the ranks of the Karma Afterhours 1997 to 2005), in addition to the same Catinari – there will in fact Alessio De Vita on violin, trumpet and Mark Richard Grass Cardia on percussion.

That Saturday in local Viale Trieste 24 will therefore be a special occasion to enjoy live, properly arranged for this unusual organic, the repertoire of the band’s latest disc, “Maybe the sun hates us” (released in 2008 and awarded the ‘year after the MEI in Faenza) and “The skin of the Spirits” (released a year ago by Fandango-Coconino Press). An hour and a half of sounds, words and thoughts to follow at all from at 22.45 in an electro-acoustic path between the pages of music old and new designer Dorian Gray. The entrance ticket costs five dollars and includes one drink.
