Nasce la zona franca urbana: dal 7 gennaio 2014 le piccole imprese di 23 Comuni del Sulcis potranno beneficiare delle agevolazioni previste dalla fiscalità di vantaggio.

I vantaggi saranno utilizzabili nella compensazione delle tasse sul lavoro, sugli immobili aziendali, sui redditi di impresa. Il 20% delle risorse sarà dedicata alle nuove imprese. Nel Sulcis, il totale delle tasse pagate per Ires, Irpef, Imu e Irap ammonta a 18 milioni di euro. «Significa che possono essere azzerate, (non semplicemente rinviate come si avrebbe con la moratoria), le tasse per il primo triennio, (54 milioni di euro), e potranno essere concessi sgravi sui contributi sociali per 70 milioni», afferma Tore Cherchi, rappresentante del governo nel comitato per il Piano Sulcis. Francesco Sanna spiega: «È un provvedimento che riguarda i piccoli operatori economici in tutti i settori: il commercio, il turismo, i servizi, l’artigianato: sono circa 7000 le partite Iva che possono potenzialmente accedervi».
