DISLIVELLO: trascurabile.

DIFFICOLTA': E (escursionistico); il percorso non presenta particolari difficoltà ma richiede un minimo di allenamento ed una buona forma fisica.

EQUIPAGGIAMENTO: scarpe da trekking, abbigliamento comodo, a strati; giacca impermeabile ed ANTI-VENTO, felpa, eventuale cambio da lasciare in auto (calze e calzature comprese); pranzo al sacco, snacks, frutta, frutta secca, acqua (2 L).

DESCRIZIONE:
Questa domenica Passu lebiu intende riprendere il tema dell’ACQUA, elemento che così impetuosamente ha caratterizzato lo scorso autunno e la persistente stagione invernale; per questa escursione abbiamo scelto come meta del nostro cammino la fascia costiera che ricade nel territorio di Cuglieri, partendo da una sua frazione, la borgata marina di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, ed arrivando a ridosso della particolarissima cascata a mare di Capo Nieddu; all’inizio del nostro percorso cammineremo in prossimità di una fascia costiera di roccia calcarea caratterizzata dai profili dolci ed ondulati, spezzati di tanto in tanto da qualche caletta e peculiari insenature; piano piano poi ci immergeremo nella profumata macchia costiera che ci condurrà in prossimità delle aspre e scure falesie da cui si liberano alcune cascate a mare, fra cui il più imponente salto d’acqua dolce di Capo Nieddu, probabilmente unico nel suo genere nel territorio sardo quanto a conformazione e portata, seppur stagionale.

ALTITUDE : negligible .

DIFFICULTY ‘ : E ( hiking ), the course is not difficult but requires a minimum of training and a good physical form.

Equipment: trekking shoes, comfortable clothing in layers , waterproof jacket and ANTI- WIND , sweatshirt, any change to be left in the car ( including socks and shoes ), Packed Lunches , snacks, fruit , dried fruit, water (2 L) .

DESCRIPTION:
This Sunday Passu lebiu intends to resume the theme of WATER , an element that has characterized so impetuously last fall and the ongoing winter season for this hike we chose as the destination of our journey the coastal strip which falls within the territory of Cuglieri , starting from a fraction thereof, the coastal village of Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, and coming close to the waterfall peculiar to the sea of ​​Capo Nieddu , at the beginning of our journey we will walk in the vicinity of a coastal strip of limestone characterized by the profiles sweet and wavy , broken by occasionally some peculiar cove and creeks ; slowly then we’ll dive into the fragrant coastal scrub that will take us close to the rugged cliffs and dark which shed some waterfalls in the sea, including the most impressive jump freshwater Cape nieddu , probably unique in Sardinia in terms of conformation and scope, albeit seasonal .
