Homeland Sardinia in collaborazione con la Compagnia d’Armi Medioevali di Sanluri e Villa Muscas è lieta di presentare un evento tutto dedicato alla cultura culinaria del medioevo.
Venerdì 4 aprile a partire dalla ore 20.00 a Villa Muscas si tornerà indietro nel tempo e verrà servita una cena luculliana in perfetto stile medioevale, seguendo l’ordine di successione delle pietanze dettato dalle prescrizioni della Scuola Medica Salernitana.
Le pietanze e le loro virtù salutari saranno annunciate da un araldo.
Le pietanze saranno servite da persone in costume che porteranno nella sala delle grosse pentole e taglieri posati su una portantina in legno.
All’esterno ci saranno due armigeri che, per chi lo desideri, faranno provare il tiro con l’arco storico. Tutti i personaggi presenti indosseranno fedelissime ricostruzioni dei costumi dell’epoca. Ricostruzioni nate dall’attento studio che la Compagnia d’Armi Medioevali di Sanluri ha svolto sul periodo medioevale.
Verranno servite ben 9 portate, di cui non vogliamo svelarvi il menu per lascriare un alone di medioevale mistero…

Friday, April 4th from 20:00 to Villa Muscas will take you back in time and will be served a gourmet dinner in a medieval style , following the order of succession of dishes dictated by the requirements of the Medical School of Salerno .
The food and their health benefits will be announced by a herald.
The dishes will be served by people in costume that will bring in the hall of large pots and cutting boards laid on a wooden sedan .
Outside there will be two warriors who , for those who want to , will try the archery center. All the characters wear faithfully present reconstructions of costumes. Reconstructions born from the careful study that the Society of Medieval Weapons Sanluri played on the medieval period .
9 courses will be served well , we do not want to reveal the menu for lascriare an aura of medieval mystery …
