Even the bread is made from a long and rich discoveries, and its symbolism, its quality, the form it takes in each country and the skills required for its manufacture date back to the Neolithic far. The nourishment of ancient man was certainly different from the bread intended by us today, because of our ancestors and we have hindered the centuries and millennia of work and secret ingredients expertly blended by the hands that wove the dough.
What comes to our tables is enriched and enhanced the flavor of a food has now become a symbol of hospitality and warmth, freshness, food appetizing aroma, character worthy of our recipes, from the so-called “poor” to the most refined, and bearing in itself the myth of land and seed corn, which can not sprout unless it dies, and the deeper meaning of the Sardinian dance, a strong moment of communion and sharing as is accompanying the guests in the breaking of bread, leading up to the belly of the earth.
The bread that contains life: a story, that of Gianluca Medes, who caressed the notes of the guitar Andrea Congia, will trace the history of this food from hard work in the fields until his share on the table, a place of encounter and communion.
