Fino a che punto possiamo bastare a noi stessi? “BASTAR s/d I”, titolo dalla duplice
interpretazione, è un viaggio che si affaccia sull’interiorità umana e sul sentimento di
solitudine estrema, talvolta inconscia e irrazionale, talvolta condivisa.
Cinque danz/attori in scena, cinque bastardi, affrontano e percorrono un cammino
poetico, ma anche insano e vizioso, a tratti crudele e doloroso, che racconta allo
spettatore le sfaccettature di un sentimento così incantevolmente tormentato, quale la solitudine. Ognuno di loro vive in una realtà a sé stante, ognuno è immerso nella sua lotta intrinseca, ma tutti insieme condividono uno stesso spazio, abitano la stessa stanza, creando un intreccio di emozioni che si sfiorano, ma non si toccano mai. Come tanti pezzettini di un puzzle, gli artisti hanno vita propria, sono isolati, sono distanti, ma per dar senso al loro essere hanno bisogno di far parte di un quadro più ampio, sono i tanti tasselli che chiudono il cerchio, ricreando la cornice totale nel quale le azioni si svolgono.
La solitudine vissuta dal singolo è in realtà parte integrante di una solitudine condivisa dal prossimo e le storie dei protagonisti danno luce alle tante vicissitudini interiori che ognuno di noi vive nel profondo, ma che sono in realtà le stesse di tanti altri, prossimi o lontani.
La solitudine può essere un sentimento controverso e condiviso, la solitudine può essere un’esperienza comune, la solitudine non ci rende soli, ma è come se fosse un grande segreto che ci sentiamo costretti a mantenere. Le performance degli artisti danno vita all’intreccio di tali emozioni, le loro storie, i loro corpi, i loro vortici si intrecciano nella
condivisione di uno stesso spazio e soprattutto di uno stesso istinto intrinseco, vissuto con sofferenza o con dolcezza, con violenza o con intimità, ma con la comune necessità reale di isolamento.“La vera solitudine è in un luogo che vive per sé e che per voi non ha traccia né voce, e dove dunque l’estraneo siete voi”, scriveva Pirandello, e se siamo
dunque estranei a quella che è la vera solitudine, con “BASTAR s/d I” la si vive insieme in un turbinio di follia interiore, svelandone i segreti più malsani e profondi.

LE MUSICHE E LE SCENE
La speciale partitura è firmata da Davide Sardo. Trovando un accordo tra teatro, danza,musica e azione performativa, i percorsi dei cinque “bastardi” sono accompagnati dal giusto respiro musicale, nel quale i percorsi di solitudine raccontati sono vissuti in una dimensione sospesa e oscillante. Anche il disegno luci e la scenografia regalano un impatto emotivo di grande maestria. Gli artisti si muovono e si intrecciano in un ambiente casalingo, una realtà familiare, di un colore bianco quasi accecante, interagendo con oggetti di uso comune, che accompagnano i protagonisti nelle loro cammino solitario ed interiore.

I COSTUMI
I costumi nati dall’intelligente fantasia di Filippo Grandulli e Salvatore Aresu sono anch’essi opportunamente studiati per integrarsi al mix di vibrazioni emotive e visive, che questo spettacolo possiede, esaltando il tutto con un bianco dominante e un’attenzione ai particolari, che garantiscono una perfezione ulteriore ad un lavoro complesso e di grande effetto scenico ed emozionale.

Up to that point we can suffice to ourselves? “Bastar s / d I”, from the dual title
interpretation, is a journey that faces human interiority and the feeling of
extreme loneliness, sometimes unconscious and irrational, sometimes shared.
Five danz / actors on stage five bastards, face and walk a
poetic, but also insane and vicious, cruel and painful at times, which tells the
spectator facets of a feeling so charmingly tormented, such as loneliness. Each of them lives in a reality of its own, each is set in its struggle intrinsic, but all together they share the same space, inhabit the same room, creating a tangle of emotions that touch, but never touch. How many pieces of a puzzle, the artists have their own life, are isolated, are far apart, but to give meaning to their being they need to be part of a bigger picture, are the many pieces that close the circle, recreating the frame total in which the actions take place.
The loneliness experienced by the individual is actually an integral part of a solitude shared by others and the stories of the protagonists give light to many vicissitudes interior that each of us lives in the deep, but they are actually the same as many others, near or far.
Loneliness can be a controversial and shared feeling, loneliness can be a common experience, loneliness does not make us alone, but it’s like a big secret that we feel compelled to keep. The performances of the artists give life interweaving of these emotions, their stories, their bodies, their vortices are intertwined in
sharing the same space and especially of the same intrinsic instinct, lived with pain or tenderness, with violence or with intimacy, but with a common need real isolation. “True solitude is a place that lives for himself and for you do not have any trace voice, and where therefore the stranger is you, “wrote Pirandello, and if we
therefore unrelated to what is the true solitude, with “Bastar s / d I” live together in a whirlwind of madness within, revealing the secrets of the most unhealthy and deep.

THE MUSIC AND THE SCENES
The special score was written by David Sardo. Finding an agreement between theater, dance, music and performance action, the paths of the five “bastards” are accompanied by the right musical breath, in which the paths of loneliness told they lived in a dimension suspended and swinging. Even the lighting design and set design give an emotional impact of great skill. The artists move and intertwine in a home environment, a family business, an almost blinding white, interacting with everyday objects that accompany the protagonists in their lonely path and interior.

COSTUMES
The costumes were born by the intelligent imagination of Philip Grandulli and Savior Aresu are also suitably designed to blend in to the mix of emotional vibrations and visual arts, this show has, enhancing everything with a dominant white and attention to detail, ensuring further perfection to a complex and impressive scenic and emotional.
