L’idea nasce da Claudio Ara che, ispirato dalla
meravigliosa aria
che si respira nelle strette vie di “castello”,
ha deciso di proporre un aperitivo
tipico della nostra terra
accompagnato da cocktails derivati dalla
tradizione classica italiana.
Quindi, associando il buon cibo
al buon bere, non poteva mancare
il legante per eccellenza: la Musica.
