AL VIA LA SECONDA FASE DELLA CONTINUITA’ TERRITORIALE,VOLI A 57 EUROSTART THE SECOND PHASE AERIAL TERRITORIAL CONTINUITY, FLY WITH 57 €

Al via la seconda fase per la continuità territoriale aerea tra la Sardegna e la Penisola.

E’ stato firmato dal ministro Lupi l’accordo che impone una tariffa massima da applicarsi per tutte le tratte a tutti i passeggeri, quindi sia residenti in Sardegna che non residenti, è di 57 euro (50 per la Olbia-Bologna), escluse tasse e oneri aeroportuali sulle rotte Alghero-Bologna, Alghero-Torino, Cagliari-Bologna, Cagliari-Napoli, Cagliari-Torino, Cagliari-Verona, Olbia-Bologna e Olbia-Verona.

Se nessun vettore accetterà gli oneri senza compensazione economica, si aprirà la gara europea e ogni tratta potrà essere concessa ad una singola compagnia aerea. Per espletare tutte le procedure c’è tempo sino al 26 ottobre 2014.

Gli aeromobili dovranno contenere almeno 130 posti (vale per la tratta tra Alghero e Torino, per la Cagliari-Napoli, Cagliari-Torino, Cagliari-Verona, Olbia-Bologna e Olbia-Verona) e non inferiore a 70 posti per l’Alghero-Bologna e dovrà essere garantito almeno un volo d’andata e uno di ritorno giornaliero.
Per la rotta tra Cagliari e Bologna, invece, sono previsti due voli giornalieri in andata e altrettanti per il ritorno con un volo la mattina e uno il pomeriggio in partenza da Cagliari e uno in tarda mattina e uno la sera in partenza da Bologna. Se le prenotazioni supereranno l’80% dei posti disponibili nell’intera giornata, la compagnia aera dovrà premunirsi di allestire un altro aeromobile o utilizzare un aereo con una maggiore capienza di posti.At the start the second phase of the aerial territorial continuity between Sardinia and the Peninsula .

If no carrier will accept the charges without financial compensation, will open the European race and each leg may be granted to a single airline . To complete all procedures there is time until 26 October 2014.

Aircraft shall contain at least 130 seats (ie the route between Alghero and Turin , for the Cagliari -Napoli – Cagliari, Turin , Verona, Cagliari , Olbia and Olbia – Bologna – Verona ) and not less than 70 seats

For the route between Cagliari and Bologna , however, there will be two flights daily outward and return with the same number for a flight in the morning and one in the afternoon from Cagliari and one in the late morning and one in the evening from Bologna . If reservations exceed 80 % of the seats available throughout the day, the airline, will have to take precautions to set up another aircraft or use a plane with a greater capacity of places.
