357° FESTA DI SANT’EFISIO – CAGLIARI – MERCOLEDI 1 MAGGIO – DAL 2 APRILE LA PREVENDITA DEI BIGLIETTI PER I TOUR OPERATOR357th SANT’EFISIO FESTIVAL – CAGLIARI – WEDNESDAY MAY 1 – TOMORROW, AVRIL 2 PURCHASE TICKET FOR TOUR OPERATOR

Avrà inizio martedì 2 aprile 2013 la prevendita dei biglietti per assistere alla 357^ Festa di Sant’Efisio in programma il prossimo 1 maggio. Nella prima fase, che scadrà il 10 aprile 2013, l’acquisto dei tagliandi sarà riservato ai Tour Operator, alle Agenzie di Viaggio e alle strutture ricettive presenti a Cagliari. Questi soggetti avranno una riduzione del 15% sul prezzo del biglietto.

Gli interessati aventi diritto alla prelazione, dovranno inviare le loro richieste via mail al Box Office e dovranno indicare la denominazione, la sede legale, indirizzo e-mail e telefono, numero di iscrizione e regione di appartenenza (in caso di operatori soggetti ad iscrizione ad un albo).

Chiusa la fase di prevendita, a partire dall’11 aprile 2013 e sino al completo esaurimento dei biglietti, la vendita (sia on-line che presso la sede del Box Office in Viale Regina Margherita a Cagliari) sarà aperta al pubblico.

Le tariffe di accesso alle tribune allestite per il 1 maggio 2013, approvate con Delibera della Giunta Comunale n.12 del 14/02/2013, sono le seguenti:

euro 25,00: tribune coperte di Via Roma lato Palazzo Vivanet (tribuna n. 1), in Via Roma fronte Palazzo Vivanet (tribuna n. 3) e in Via Roma fronte Palazzo Civico (tribuna n. 4), per circa n. 960 posti a sedere;

euro 20,00: tribuna fronte Largo Carlo Felice (tribuna n. 5), nello spazi tra i due semafori di via Roma, per circa n. 400 posti a sedere;

euro 15,00: tribuna dislocata in Piazza Matteotti, dirimpetto alla Stazione FS (tribuna n. 2), per circa n. 370 posti a sedere;

La tribuna n. 3 è dotata anche di pedana con accesso riservato a soggetti con disabilità motorie. I posti in pedana sono circa 30 e quindi potranno essere emessi fino a trenta biglietti che consentono, contestualmente, l’accesso al disabile con difficoltà motorie ed al suo accompagnatore. I posti rimanenti, circa 130 (se la commissione di vigilanza confermerà la capienza) verranno venduti a chiunque ne faccia richiesta a euro 25,00 senza ulteriori agevolazioni, salvo quelle previste in fase di prevendita per tour operator, delle agenzie di viaggio e delle strutture ricettive presenti a Cagliari.

Will begin Tuesday, April 2, 2013 the presale of tickets to attend the 357 ^ Sant’Efisio Festival scheduled for next May 1. In the first phase, which expires April 10, 2013, the purchase of tickets will be reserved for Tour Operators, Travel Agencies and accommodation facilities in Cagliari. These individuals will have a 15% reduction on the price of the ticket.

Interested parties having the right to first refusal, should send their requests by mail to the Box Office and must indicate the name, registered office, e-mail address and telephone number of the entry and region of origin (in the case of operators subject to registration to a register).

Closed their pre-sales, from 11 April 2013 until full exhaustion of ticket sales (both online and at the headquarters of the Box Office at Viale Regina Margherita in Cagliari) will be open to the public.

Rates for access to the stands for May 1, 2013, approved by Resolution of the City Council of 14.2.2013 12, are as follows:

€ 25.00: grandstands side of Via Roma Palazzo Vivanet (stand no. 1), Via Roma in front of Palazzo Vivanet (stand no. 3) and Via Roma in front of the Town Hall (stand no. 4), for about n. 960 seats;

€ 20.00: stand in front Largo Carlo Felice (stand no. 5), in the space between the two sets of traffic lights in Via Roma, for about n. 400 seats;

€ 15.00: forum stationed in Piazza Matteotti, opposite the railway station (stand no. 2), for some n. 370 seats;

The grandstand n. 3 is also equipped with a platform with access restricted to persons with disabilities. The posts in footboard are about 30 and then could be issued up to thirty tickets that allow, simultaneously, access to the disabled with motor difficulties and its companion. The remaining places, about 130 (if the Board of Supervisors will confirm the capacity) will be sold to anyone who requests to € 25.00 with no additional benefits, except those provided for in presales for tour operators, travel agencies and structures present accommodation in Cagliari.
