34° FESTA DELLA SALSICCIA E DEL VINO – SILIGO – 7-8 DICEMBRE 201334th SAUSAGE AND WINE FESTIVAL – SILIGO – DECEMBER 7 TO 8

Si rinnova l’appuntamento con il gusto!
Anche quest’anno la “Festa della salsiccia e del vino” ci permetterà di gustare uno dei prodotti tipici del nostro territorio, la salsiccia di Siligo, preparata secondo la ricetta tradizionale del nostro paese.

PROGRAMMA:

Sabato 7 dicembre
Ore 15:00 Apertura stands
Ore 15:30 III edizione della “CorSalsiccia” – Gara podistica di corsa su strada , in associazione con “Runner Sassari” e FIDAL Sardegna
Ore 18:00 Manifestazione itinerante con il gruppo Tamburini di Gavoi “S’Isprone”

Domenica 8 dicembre
Ore 10:00 Apertura stands con il gruppo “Sbandieratori e Musici della città dei Candelieri” di Sassari
Ore 15:00 Manifestazione itinerante dei suoni della tradizione accompagnata dal canto e dalla musica delle zampogne, delle launeddas e della fisarmonica

Durante tutta la manifestazione sarà possibile gustare i prodotti tipici presso gli stands dei produttori locali e della Pro Loco, nonchè ammirare i prodotti dell’artigianato del territorio.
Sarà inoltre possibile visitare il Museo MARIA CARTA e il PLANETARIO.

Also this year, the “Feast of sausage and wine” will allow us to enjoy one of the typical products of our land, sausage Siligo , prepared according to traditional recipes of our country.

15:30 Third edition of the ” CorSalsiccia ” – Running road race , in association with ” Runner Sassari ” and FIDAL Sardinia
18:00 Demonstration traveling with the group Tamburini Gavoi ” S’Isprone “

Sunday, December 8
10:00 Opening of the stands with the ” flag-wavers and Town Musicians of Candlesticks ” of Sassari
15:00 Demonstration of the sounds of itinerant tradition accompanied by the singing and the music of bagpipes , accordion and launeddas

During the event you can taste the typical products at the booths of local producers and the Pro Loco , as well as admire the products of the territory.
You can also visit the Museum MARIA PAPER and PLANETARY .
