Rappresenta ormai da ventitre anni uno degli appuntamenti più importanti con la musica in Sardegna, il primo intitolato a questo genere.
Fabio Treves, Roberto Ciotti, Eugenio Finardi, Rudy Rotta, Enzo Avitabile, sono solo alcuni artisti italiani che hanno calcato il palco di Piazza Europa, senza dimenticare gli ospiti stranieri del calibro di : Andy J. Forest, Jonny Mars, Michael Coleman, Scott Henderson, John Primer, Popa Chubby, Canned Heat, Mick Taylor, Eric Sardinas, Robben Ford, John Mayall, Willy DeVille, The Neville Brothers, Eric Bibb, Peter Green, Larry Carlton, Nine Below Zero, James Cotton, Robert Randolph e tanti altri, sicuramente tutti nomi di spicco nel panorama Blues.

Narcao Blues,giunto ormai alla sua 11° edizione, si svolgerà dal 22 al 30 dicembre 2013.

Harlem Messengers
Gli Harlem Messengers sono un gruppo internazionale, individualmente e collettivamente: i musicisti del gruppo suonano da oltre 20 anni.
Il loro genere spazia dal gospel al Rythm’n’blues. The Harlem Messengers hanno divertito il pubblico europeo ed asiatico, fino all’Australia e alla Nuova Zelanda. Hanno suonato in club, teatri e arene, indoor o autdoor a seconda delle richieste dei loro clienti.
La loro missione è diffondere gioia e felicità attraverso il canto, celebrare la vita, mandare un messaggio di speranza e di amore, divertire, farti sentire meglio dopo averli ascoltati.
Hanno suonato per Deutche Bank a Milano, The International Rotary Club in Giappone, Huis ten Bosch Nagasaki Village, The USO
con vari tour in Corea e Sud America, il Consolato Tedesco a New York, The Morning Show a Sidney, Australia, Nokia in Ungheria, a Budapest, e Disney Television in Argentina.

The Harlem Messengers are an international group , individually and collectively : the musicians of the group sound for over 20 years .
