Dalla S.S. 125 siamo soliti salire verso i Monti dei Sette Fratelli.

Questa volta vi propongo di scendere al Rio Campuomu, che scorre ai piedi della statale, per poi risalire in versante opposto e camminare accompagnati dalla vista di quelle belle creste mentre la Roccia di “Garibaldi” appare e scompare per tutto il percorso.

Il percorso è da considerarsi per escursionisti per il saliscendi con un dislivello totale di m 500 con uno sviluppo di km 13.

Sono necessari gli scarponi da trekking e portiamo i soliti bustoni per il guado ( qualora occorressero…)

From S.S. 125 we used to go up into the mountains of the Seven Brothers.

This time I propose to go down to Rio Campuomu, which runs at the foot of the state, before recovering in the other side and walk accompanied by the sight of the beautiful crests and the Rock “Garibaldi” comes and goes all the way.

The route should be considered for hikers to the latch with a total drop of 500 m with a development of 13 km.

You need hiking boots and bring the usual bustoni for the ford (if occorressero …)
