THE MADAMA PUNGENT – OPEN STUDIOS – CAGLIARI – SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 8

Meeting in Open Studios in Castello 2012. We are three of the 50 players who will be in around the neighborhood. You will be spoiled for choice, five stages and five in the evening: we will play on Saturday 8th at 20.00 on stage via Santa Croce and we will do everything to keep you riveted until the last piece there!

Madama Pungent is the musical project of Giangi pug, acoustic trio format in Cagliari in March 2010, which offers a selection of over thirty pieces of The Police and Sting reworked for two acoustic guitars.
The training is deliberately kept sparse, with the challenge of playing pieces composed for a threesome with a preponderance in the arrangements section of bass-drums, with the respect of the melodic line and without this affecting the pace, the atmosphere and the completeness of the songs. The project remains open to the inclusion of additional tools (such as wind or string instruments) with the only condition that does not denature the autonomy and the basic idea, thus excluding the involvement of drums or bass.
Giangi pug has assets a demo recording and performances in different places, hotels, squares and theaters. The program is the recording of the tracks most significant from the point of view of the original arrangements.
