RYANAIR TAGLIA DEL 50% IL COSTO PER IL BAGAGLIO IN ECCESSORYANAIR SIZE OF 50% OF THE COST FOR THE EXCESS BAGGAGE

Ryanair, la compagnia aerea a tariffe basse preferita in Europa, dal 9 dicembre 2013 ha consegnato ai suoi clienti un regalo di Natale anticipato, tagliando del 50% il costo per il bagaglio in eccesso (da €20 a €10 per kg) a partire da lunedì 9 dicembre.

Questo è l’ultimo di una serie di miglioramenti del servizio clienti Ryanair e fa seguito a:

•           il lancio del nuovo sito web Ryanair.com
•           il periodo di grazia di 24 ore (per piccoli errori di prenotazione)
•           i “voli silenziosi” (prima delle 8 e dopo le 21)
•           la riduzione dei costi per il bagaglio acquistato in aeroporto (dal 3 gennaio)
•           l’assegnazione dei posti su tutti i voli a partire dal 1° febbraio 2014Ryanair, the low fares airline in Europe’s favorite, from December 9, 2013 has given its customers an early Christmas gift, cutting 50% of the cost for excess baggage (from € 20 to € 10 per kg) from Monday 9 December.

This is the latest in a series of improvements to customer service Ryanair, and follows:

• the launch of the new website Ryanair.com
• The grace period of 24 hours (for small errors of booking)
• “Silent Flight” (before 8 am and after 21)
• reducing costs for luggage bought at the airport (January 3)
• the allocation of seats on all flights with effect from 1 February 2014
