SABATO 9 FEBBRAIO ore 20:50 Cagliari “Rifugio diVino” è un evento che si propone di “FARE CULTURA”; cultura sia del luogo visitato, sia cultura enogastronomica, attraverso la visita guidata notturna al rifugio antiaereo con il particolare connubio tra Vino&Cultura e attraverso la degustazione per tappe di pregiati vini e prodotti tipici.
“Una naturale informalità”, l’incontro tra cultura e i vini nel al più grande rifugio antiaereo della seconda guerra mondiale della città.

Una visita della Cagliari sotterranea è un’esperienza che cambia decisamente il modo di vedere la città e che meglio di qualunque altra visita guidata fa comprendere il passato e la storia di questa affascinante città.

E proprio i segni di questo recente passato, lasciati dalle migliaia di cagliaritani che abitarono il RIFUGIO, rendono la visita ai Luoghi della Cagliari sotterranea un’esperienza unica e di grande interesse.

L’evento si svolgerà SABATO 9 FEBBRAIO alle ore 20:50 all’interno del delle gallerie del Rifugio antiaereo di via don Bosco, interamente scavate sulla roccia E CON LA PARTICOLARE E SUGGESTIVA ILLUMINAZIONE A CANDELA.

Adeguato scenario storico-culturale per ospitare un evento in cui si valorizzano prodotti e vini che hanno sicuramente forti radici nella storia dell’ isola.

Ormai, divenuto un appuntamento settimanale tanto amato dal pubblico dell’ enogastronomia e della cultura cittadina. Un appuntamento alla scoperta degli spazi storici e culturali della città e della produzione eno-gastronomica isolana.

Cagliari “Rifugio di Vino” sarà strutturato come un percorso sensoriale itinerante, che permetterà al visitatore di apprezzare i vini di cantine isolane e allo stesso tempo conoscere attraverso la visita guidata l’ affascinante storia del Rifugio antiaereo. All’interno piccoli corner daranno la possibilità al visitatore di degustare in modo veloce e dinamico i prodotti e i vini locali in degustazione.

Una serata diversa dalle solite proposte, per poter trascorrere un’ ora immersi nella cultura cittadina e nell’ enogastronomia isolana, in un’ atmosfera conviviale che caratterizza da ormai 300 edizioni questo particolare evento eno-gastronomico.

Cenni storici:
Per quasi tutta la lunghezza del tunnel sono presenti panchine con funzione di sedile addossate al muro su entrambi i lati. Lungo la galleria sono presenti, inoltre, 14 vani laterali.
La galleria non nacque come rifugio di guerra durante la seconda guerra mondiale, ma si presume facesse parte di una articolata serie di percorsi sotterranei ancora esistenti, con analoghe dimensioni e caratteristiche di scavo, distribuiti lungo tutto il versante nord della città, dai bastioni di Buoncammino all’area del ex mercato di via Pola, e che furono probabilmente realizzati dai Piemontesi, all’esterno delle mura, intorno al 1700 per scopi militari: forse come vie di fuga o gallerie di contromina.

Saturday, February 9 at 20:50 Cagliari “diVino Refuge” is an event that aims to “DO CULTURE” Culture is the place visited, and food culture through a guided tour of air raid shelter at night with the particular combination of Wine and Culture and through tasting in stages wines and typical products.
“A natural informality”, the encounter between culture and wines in the biggest air-raid shelter in the Second World War the city.

A visit to the underground Cagliari is an experience that definitely changes the way you see the city and better than any other tour to understand the past and the history of this fascinating city.

And the signs of the recent past, left by thousands of Cagliari who lived in the HUT, make a visit to the Places of Cagliari underground a unique and very interesting.

Brief History:
