Cos’è la lingua di vitello? Una metafora? Un simbolo? Una risposta? Un piatto della tradizione culinaria? Forse é tutto. Forse é niente.
Lingua di Vitello del Gruppo Batisfera sono 4 spettacoli in uno: un’improbabile trasmissione televisiva, un dramma campestre, una favoletta allegorica, una farsa grottesca. Lingua di vitello é una girandola di situazioni comiche e bizzarre che si alternano intorno alla pentola del misterioso piatto. Solo alla fine la cottura sarà ultimata, e l’attesa ripagata. Tra cuochi sorridenti e pupazzi assassini si cercherà il bandolo della matassa e la spiegazione alla costante sensazione di aver perso qualcosa, di non aver ascoltato la risposta o di non aver capito la domanda.

What is veal tongue? A metaphor? A symbol? An answer? A dish of culinary tradition? Maybe it all. Perhaps it is nothing.
Language Veal Group bathysphere are 4 shows in one: an unlikely television, a drama setting, an allegorical tale, a grotesque farce. Veal tongue is a whirlwind of comic situations and bizarre that alternate around the pot of the mysterious pot. Only at the end of the cooking is completed, and the wait paid off. Among chefs smiling snowmen and assassins seek the key to the problem and the explanation to the constant feeling of having lost something, you have not heard the answer or did not understand the question.
