The course will take place throughout the day Sunday, December 9 aims to provide participants with the concepts and methods necessary for the production of beer at home ed’è aimed at anyone who is interested to engage in the production of beer by the method “All Grain “, will be structured to allow participants to learn from the beginning both the theory and practice of brewing.
To this end, during the day, the participants will be challenged, guided by a d … ocente, in the production of a “cooked”.

The topics covered during the course are as follows:

-The raw materials of beer;
-Introduction to the chemistry of beer with particular reference to alcoholic fermentation;
Work-styles;
-Choice of beer to be produced;
-The equipment and Construction;
-Cleaning and sanitizing equipment.

-Explanation and execution stages of production:

° Grinding
° Mashing
° Filtration
° Boiling and hopping
° Cooling
° Inoculation of yeast
° oxygenation of the must
° fermentation and bottling (only explanation)

The amount of the course is € 80.00 per person and includes:

-Mid-morning snack and tasting of craft beers;
-Lunch with tasting of beers self-produced;
-Glass “Teku” for a beer;
-Book “Beer making and Enjoy” by D. Fajner and M. Marconi
-Teaching materials;
-Certificate of attendance;

All participants will also receive part of the beer after fermentation and bottling.

The reservation with a deposit of € 30 is compulsory and non-refundable and must be paid together with the communication of personal data no later than Thursday, December 6.
